Registered Office Address Facility & Mail Forwarding

Registered office address facility

Most businesses do not prefer their primary address to appear on Companies house (public portal). Consequently, their natural choice is to use their Accountants/tax advisor's address as their registered office. We, at Naail & Co, provide registered office address facility to all of our clients.

How does it work?

You instruct us to change your registered office address to our office address, we sign a simple engagement letter and we action the change. We then receive all posts from Companies House and HMRC on your behalf and send you a scanned copy via email the same day.

Mail forwarding

We may also receive some posts apart from Companies house and HMRC like from banks, suppliers and customers. All such posts are also scanned and sent across to you via email. If you prefer an original document by post, we can send it to your preferred address by post too.

Additional points to consider

This is strictly a "Registered Office Address" facility, as opposed to "virtual office address" facility. Consequently, you must not use our address on your website, stationery or on your google business listing as your trading address.

Fee for Registered office address facility

We usually charge £150 plus VAT per calendar year for providing registered office address facility. However, the price may go up on the renewal based on the posts received.
