Full set of company accounts

Full set of company accounts contain Directors' report, detailed profit/loss accounts & Balance sheet and detailed notes & disclosures. We will prepare your company full set of accounts using the relevant accounting framework and UK GAAP. They are submitted to HMRC along with the company tax return within 12 months form the year end.

Abbreviated or Abridged company accounts

Abbreviated or abridged company accounts are prepared for submission to Companies House. As the name suggest, they are the short form version of accounts and may not contain Directors' report, profit/loss account and detailed notes & disclosures. The deadline for submission is 9 months from the year end.

Company tax return (CT600)

Every trading company is required to prepare their annual company tax return (CT600). The maximum Chargeable Accounting Period (CAP) is 12 months. The deadline for submission is 12 months from the end of the CAP. However, the company tax payment deadline is 9 months and 1 day from the end of the year/CAP.

Various other company tax returns
